Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge with ample quality seating for six guests. TV and DVD.  The kitchen is a high quality oak fitted kitchen with vaulted ceilings and dining area and breakfast bar. The kitchen also has Cooker/Hob/ Washing machine/integrated fridge freezer and microwave.

Downstairs there is a separate toilet plus a shower room also with toilet and wash-hand-basin.
